Provision of cleaning service for washrooms, common areas (except amenities centres) and office pre-move in is managed by the Estates Office. Cleaning of departmental office and laboratories is the responsibility of respective department. Annual cleaning of floor (vinyl and carpeted floor) in office area is provided by the Estates Office upon written request by departments.

Requests for general cleaning should be made via the online Facility Management system (Facilities) at least 5 working days in advance of the service date.
