Student Residence at Wong Chuk Hang

This project is one of the selected pilot projects for adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong. The construction works started in 2019 and was completed and in operation since September 2023.

It provides around 1200 student places, living accommodation for management staff and support facilities such as, fitness room, co-working space, games room, multi-purpose hall and more. The village is equipped with smart technology with its own mobile application to control door lock, AC, lighting of student’s room and even common facilities functions such as room bookings and energy consumption monitoring.
