Clinical Training Amenities Centre
The works involves partial demolition of existing Bay View canteen and demolition of Madam S.H. Ho Residence. The project will provide two towers of accommodation for medical and nursing students, clinical training facilities, living accommodation for management staffs and support facilities. Tower 1 consists of 17-storey and Tower 2 consists of 14-storey, providing a total of 700 bed places upon completion of the project. Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) will be fully adopted to the construction of all towers.
