Booking of Common Area
Owing to the high demand of common areas and banner sites on campus, only booking request made by University Users can be entertained.
For Students
Individual application for banner and common areas by students is not accepted. All applications have to be directed to CEDARS first. Customer Services Unit (CSU) will process the application upon endorsement by CEDARS. Written application should reach CSU at least 7 days prior to the event.
