Application / Renewal of Parking Label for the academic year of 2026 / 2027

Staff members with HKU Portal Account

Staff members can now start renewing / applying for the parking facility for 2026/2027 via HKU Portal (Login Portal > Estates & Facilities > Parking Permit Application). Successful applicant will be prompted by email generated from the system directing the applicant to make e-payment (Visa, Master Card, JCB, Union Pay, Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay & FPS) for the annual parking fee and/or overnight parking fee.   DEDUCTION OF PARKING FEE FROM PAYROLL WILL BE SUSPENED.

Staff members without HKU Portal Account

If applicant has no HKU Portal Account, please click https://www.estates.hku.hk/our-services/services-request to download relevant application forms for the class of parking facility you are eligible for. This class of successful applicant will pay the annual parking fee by cheque payable to "The University of Hong Kong".

Departmental Vehicles

Authorised person of departments can renew the parking facility for departmental vehicles via HKU Portal (Login Portal > Admin Systems > Estates Systems > Parking Permit Application).

Expiry

Existing parking permits will expire after 31.8.2026.  To ensure your application will be duly processed, please submit your application via HKU Portal or to the Security and Parking Unit (3/F Pao Siu Loong Building) before 31.7.2026.
