Traffic Control Arrangement for Information Day 2018

Please note that the following traffic control arrangement will be in force between 08:00 and 18:00 hours on November 3, 2018 for the Information Day:-

1. Other than emergency vehicle or VIPs with a special entry permit, NO vehicle is allowed to enter the University from West Gate. Motorists who wish to park their vehicles at the Composite Building Carpark and the Centennial Campus Carpark shall access via the Elevated Road near the Belcher’s.


2. Access of vehicle coming from the Elevated Road near Belcher’s is restricted to the area from the Elevated Road to the carparks of Composite Building and Centennial Campus.


3. Access of vehicle coming from the Kotewall Road Gate is restricted to the area from Kotewall Road Gate to Swire Bridge and Lyttelton Road exit only.


4. No vehicle other than emergency vehicle will be allowed to access to the Emergency Vehicle Access at the south of the Centennial Campus.


5. No parking is allowed in the parking spaces around the West Gate and Library Extension.


6. Free Shuttle bus services (http://www.estates.hku.hk/download/notices/IDayShuttleBus2018.pdf) will be provided to visitors / staff members to and from the main campus and outlying campuses / student halls.
